For those of you who aren’t familiar with Pretzel Kids, the kids yoga company and brand offers kids yoga classes, workshops, events, and certification courses for adults wanting to teach kids yoga. Pretzel Kids has a weekend training coming up on November 17 and 18 at Maha Yoga Center in Bridgewater, Ma. We also offer a popular online course - giving anyone the ability to take the course on their own time from anywhere in the world!
According to Pretzel Kids Founder Robyn Parets, one of the most challenging aspects of growing the kids yoga business was deciding how to best go to market without neglecting the company’s mission to help kids and teens lead healthier lives.
“We did not want to lose the integrity of who we are: a company on a mission to help kids and teens get fit, deal more effectively with stress and appreciate their uniqueness,” says Parets.
Although running Pretzel Kids proves stressful at times, Parets is optimistic about its future. She is also proud of Boston’s strong yoga community. “I love being part of the Boston wellness community and I love that the city has been so supportive of Pretzel Kids over the years.”
