Pretzel Kids® Acceptance of Terms:

I am enrolling in the Pretzel Kids® teacher certification program of my own free will and understand that this
course involves physical activity, as well as meditation and pranayama. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. Yoga is not
recommended or safe under certain medical conditions. I agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or hereafter may have against Pretzel Kids®, Breathe Joy Yoga, Robyn Parets or any other BJY or PK staff trainer for any such injury. Upon successful completion of the Pretzel Kids® Teacher Training Course and certification as a Pretzel Kids® teacher, you will be granted certain rights to the Pretzel Kids® logo, brand and materials subject to execution of the Pretzel Kids® Instructor and Licensing Agreement, the terms and conditions of which will supersede this agreement.

Payment and Refund Policy: All fees are due upon commencement of the training program. To
reserve your space, please include either payment in full or a 50% deposit with your application,
plus an additional $20 application fee. The deposit amount (or 50% of your payment in full) is nonrefundable
if you cancel less than one week before the commencement of the training program. If
you cancel more than one week before the certification begins, your payment will be
refunded, minus a $100 administrative fee.
